Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a generous 30-day return window from the date of purchase for all Gentle Monster eyewear. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials, authentication cards, and accessories included.

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Authentication certificate and care instructions required
• Original receipt or proof of purchase needed

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. For cash purchases, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges for different models may require price adjustment based on the difference in retail value.

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations. Please review the following exclusions:

• Prescription lenses and custom-made eyewear
• Items worn or damaged beyond normal try-on use
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items returned after 30-day window
• Items without original packaging or authentication
• Engraved or personalized products

Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for return and your location within Malaysia. We provide prepaid return labels for defective items and exchanges.

All Gentle Monster eyewear comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers frame breakage, lens defects, and hardware issues under normal use conditions.

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with photos of the defect and your original purchase receipt. Approved warranty repairs are completed free of charge within 10-15 business days.
