We offer a generous 30-day return window from the date of purchase for all Gentle Monster eyewear. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials, authentication cards, and accessories included.

All sunglasses, optical frames, and accessories purchased from Gentle Monster Malaysia are eligible for return within 30 days, provided they meet our return conditions.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. For cash purchases, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

Warranty & Repairs

All Gentle Monster eyewear comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers frame breakage, lens defects, and hardware issues under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage Includes

Frame structural defects, lens coating issues, screw and hardware problems, and temple adjustment mechanisms. Damage from normal wear, accidents, or misuse is not covered.

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with photos of the defect and your original purchase receipt. Approved warranty repairs are completed free of charge within 10-15 business days.
